Returns Policy

To make a return for a refund or exchange, you’ll need to follow the instructions below.


New Headpieces purchased on can be returned within 7 days for a full refund/exchange provided they haven’t been worn and are in the exact condition they were sold.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn.

What to do

Step 1: Fill in the returns form you will have received with your Headpiece.

Step 2: Post the item to the following address:

*Please be sure to include the returns form which will have all your details on it. We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method.

Step 3: Upon receipt and inspection of the product, please allow 7 days after receipt for processing your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no refund on sale and preworn items, exchange/credit note only.
